Met on tender started talking on phone. He went to Brazil to put in irrigation system. Was explosion 2 workers got hurt. He had to come up with medical bills. Wanted money. Then he was leaving to come home and was arrested for fleeing country. Ended up getting year in prison cause of medical bills. Needed more money to pay guards to use his phone.
