I was contacted by this person via Instagram almost 2 years ago and he quickly professed his love for me and said he wanted to be in a relationship because I was his soulmate. It wasn’t long before he started hinting that he needed help so he asked if I can send him Google play cards for his phone. He claimed he didn’t have anyone to help him and that his family was deceased. I was suspicious about the whole situation and because he was a soldier but did not speak proper English. So I stopped communicating with him until about four months ago when he made contact again. It began the same way like the last time with regards to me being the soulmate but then he began asking for money instead for food. Said that he didn’t have access to his bank account while in Iraq and wanted me to send money to him via bitcoin or to one of his “commanders” Whose email belonged to someone in Kenya. in an attempt to use a friend’s cash app, the payment was returned to me because it flagged as a scam
